The snowman at Gammlia 1

Every day in the Christmas holidays I made a walk in the woods and at Gammlia open air museum. The winter light was fascinating. When there were heavy clouds, everything was painted in black and white. When the sky was blue, the snow became blue in dawn and twilight. Then I walked in "The blue hour".

This is me, walking in the woods. In my dark olive jacket and a wool jacket under the jacket
We got some snow. It still was dusk when I was out at 10 o'clock AM. This time of the year we have only about 4 hours daylight.
The sun was rising.
This time of the year the sun is shining low. The pond was frozen.
There were great tits in the bird feeder.

It was beautiful in the low sunlight.
The sun did not reach the ground here.

This is me, walking in the woods. It was -15° Celsius. (5° F) I needed my Arctic jacket. It was snowing. Also last night we got snow.
This is my friend "Frosty The Snowman". He has a big smile on his face.
It was magical in the woods.

When I moved on I saw the snowman Frosty again. This was the first time I met him.
His arms were made of twigs. Every time I passed, I had a talk with Frosty and I told him about my adventures.

This morning I was walking in the blue hour.
The grain drying rack.
It was so peaceful here.
This is the South Sami House again. There was more snow now.

It was so silent her. I mostly was alone in the woods.
