A cold end of winter

Spring seems far away.  Me walking in the snow.
2013-04-02. I made a walk in the new railroad tunnel. A kind young woman passed me and took the picture of me.

2013-04-02. I walked the staircase up to the station. Soon a train should go to Sundsvall and to Stockholm.

2013-04-06. I bought these tulips. If I bought two bunches, I got the first bunches for 79 crowns and the second bunch for 10 crowns. Then I bought 2 bunches. :)

2013-04-07. Oh no! It started to snow again! Will winter never end.
2013-04-07. There came a lot of snow.
2013-04-07 I kept inside and made good food. Hamburger made of reindeer meat with lingon berry sylt.

2013-04-10. It was colder and there was white frost on the trees.
2013-04-10. I followed Ove to the train. He should go to Örnsköldsvik but should come back at night.

2013-04-10. I walked out from the tunnel to town. Still hating that train :-(
2013-04-12. I took a picture of a wonderful tulip in a restaurant there we had lunch
2013-04-12. After lunch I made a walk by the river. The river was still frozen. But the path was free from snow and ice.
2013-04-12. Suddenly I saw on a place in shelter the first spring flowers.
2013-04-12. It was Scilla. This flower can stand the cold well. I was so happy to see this sign of spring.

2013-04-16. I made a walk by the river again. A cold wind was blowing. And the river was still frozen. But I could stand the cold hidden in my Fjällräven Greenland Parka.
2013-04-17. We took the bus to the stores at Ersboda. In the puddles in the grass we saw a duck couple. That made me happy. :-)

2013-04-17. We saw these jackdaws at Ersboda.
2013-04-17. When I cam too near them they flew away "Flap,  flap,  flap!" :-)

2013-04-19. I saw the first crocus on a place in shelter near a house wall. This sign of spring made me happy.

2013-04-20. I walked through the wet park. Then I saw a duck couple. They found food in the puddles..

2013-04-20. On my walk home I saw a magpie in a puddle.
2013-04-20. I found some crocus by a house wall. But it was on a shadow side. The buds could not burst it was too cold.

2013-04-25. It was cold again some nights. Today there came a hard hail shower. It looked like this in the grass. I'm glad I had my hood.
I needed to travel to the south and meet the spring this year too.

Me in spring last year, (2012) in the country, in the south of Sweden.
