A walk in town and in the snow fort. A walk in by the edge of the woods. There was much snow now.
2012-01-20. Me in a snow fort with a horse made of ice. There is a red balloon on the wall. I found it and placed it there.
2012-01-20. They build a snow fort in town. Here you can light a fire and there was a big gnome. Happy me in my dark olive jacket by the gnome

2012-01-20. Ove went up on the staircase on the top of the fort and took a picture of me.
2012-01-20. Me in the snow fort. There was a band playing on the top. It was not so cold that day. But no sunshine.
2012-01-20. A sculpture in the fort.
2012-01-20.  Me by another fire
2012-01-20. Here I met 2 horses made of ice. As the horses are made of transparent ice, they went a little camouflaged. It was snowing. You can see white spots on me. It's snow that was falling.
2012-01-20. Ove on the top of the fort.
2012-01-20.  The gnome and the bigger fireplace. But they did not have an fire that day.
2012-01-20.  This artwork shows a capercaillie, great (wood) grouse and a bear cub.
2012-01-20. The great (wood) grouse.
2012-01-20. The bear.
2012-01-20. A labyrinth for children in the fort.
2012-01-20. Here I got a better picture of one of the ice horses.
2012-01-20. Here I got both ice horses on a picture.
2012-01-20.  I found a balloon and put it on the snow wall.
2012-01-20. The head of the ice hors taken from the outside of the fort.
2012-01-20. The outside of the snow fort. At the right they have heaters under the ground. Of courses they have no heaters under the snow fort, otherwise it should melt.

2012-01-20. Right: Our Fjällräven winter jackets in a restaurant.
2012-01-23. Left: Our Fjällräven Arctic jackets in a restaurant.

2012-01-20. Me in the snow. Taken without the flash
2012-01-20. Me in the snow. Taken with the flash.
2012-01-20. The balcony builders made a gate way in front of our door. In the weekend when the builders not were there, it was snowing so much so It would not require much more snow to
break the plywood.
I did alarm some people who could fix it so it was not dangerous anymore. It was snowing like crazy when this picture was taken.
2012-01-21. Ove was waiting for the bus early in the morning.
2012-01-21. The pines looked beautiful in the morning.
2012-01-21. Much snow on the roofs.
2012-01-21. Much snow on this little rood over a front door.
2012-01-21. The tractors that plowed away the snow from the roads, made high hills of snow.
2012-01-21. These bike were snowed in.
2012-01-21. A pine in our street with lot of snow.
2012-01-21. This traffic mark is almost under the snow hill.
2012-01-21. These are individual houses cross our street.
2012-01-21. Our apartment house is ugly because of the builders are making new balconies. There are hills of snow in front of our house.
2012-01-21. This is a walking path the goes between 2 garden of

individual houses  They use to plow it. We got a lot of new snow and the path was snowed over again. When it's cloudy there is not much contrast in the snow. And more difficult to see where you are going.

2012-01-21. There is a wall of snow that the tractors made. It's as high as the garden-fence.
2012-01-21. The high wall by the woods made that I could not reach the woods from this place.
2012-01-21. But I could enjoy the woods from the street.
2012-01-21. Here the snow wall was a little lower and I could take a picture inside the woods.
2012-01-21. The street, snow hills and a bit of the woods.
2012-01-21. Here I also was holding my camera high to get this picture inside the woods. There are skiers and dog owners who dare to climb over the hill and they made a little path by waking there every day.
2012-01-21. The woods behind the snow hills.
2012-01-21. Here the contrast in the picture is rather bad. You can't see where the streets and snow hills are.
2012-01-21. This was beautiful.
2012-01-21. More beautiful trees.
2012-01-21. The snow made that it was so silent here.
2012-01-21.
2012-01-21. Back in our street.
2012-01-21.
2012-01-21. The fir trees in our street. I took a lot of pictures of these trees. But the trees are disappearing behind the snow hills.
2012-01-21. This garden was hidden behind the snow hills.
2012-01-21. Much snow on a roof, this looks dangerous.
2012-01-21.
2012-01-21. Another picture the pretty fir trees.
2012-01-21.
2012-01-21. I can see these pines from my kitchen window. But this is a telephoto lens picture.
2012-01-21. It looks like this when you see it from my kitchen window.
2012-01-21.  Here they had taken away some snow and put some scaffold poles under the ply wood. But the next day people had to take them away because on family moved out from the building and a new family moved in. Fortunately we did not get so much snow the last weeks. Otherwise the plywood had been dangerous again.
2012-01-21. This bike is almost gone under the snow.
2012-01-23. I was to the fort again and looked at the ice horses.
2012-01-23. This is the slide made of ice.  There are small plastic sliding pads that the children need to use for gilding down on the ice.
2012-01-23. The ice slide.
2012-01-23. There were a lot of icicles on the old town hall.
2012-01-23. Workers were there to take the icicles away.
2012-01-23. More icicles.
2012-01-23. The glass House. There are heaters under the market place and that's why there is no snow here.
