I had been to the orthopedic clinic. The MRI pictures showed spinal stenosis and a slipped disk. I got sciatica and had pain. |
| But I got a walker. Now I still could walk. But I could not make as long walks as before. I was lucky to live near the woods and near the open air musuem. I got nice autumn adventures. Just click the links and go with me. |
